Purpose of the site

The site is intended to present the studio's work, its way of working and the podcast, and to enable contact. The content is for general impression only and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice or a commitment to any result. Any engagement will be made in a separate written agreement.

Copyright and intellectual property

All rights in the photographs, visualizations, plans, drawings, designs, texts, logo and design of the site belong to Tammy Shmueli or to the rights holders who permitted their use. They may not be copied, distributed, published, altered or used commercially without prior written permission. Sharing a link to a page on the site is permitted and welcome.

Project images

Projects are shown with the clients’ consent and with respect for their privacy. Visualizations and concept designs may change in actual execution.

Liability

I make an effort to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but errors or changes may occur. The studio will not be liable for damage caused by use of the general information on the site, or by faults and disruptions in browsing. Links to external sites (such as Spotify, YouTube and WhatsApp) are provided for convenience only.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
